The AI Chat is powered by Apple Intelligence and requires:

• Compatible device: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16/17 models, or iPad/Mac with M1 chip or later
• iOS 18 or later with Apple Intelligence enabled

Go to Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri and make sure Apple Intelligence is turned on.

Most features work without Apple Intelligence! You can still use:

• Bus arrival times
• Your class schedule, weekly calendar, and task tracker
• Timetable upload and course management
• Campus map and facility search
• Quick links to NTU portals

Only the free-form AI chat responses require Apple Intelligence.

Go to the Profile tab and tap "Upload Timetable". Take a screenshot of your timetable from NTU's Degree Audit portal and upload it. The app will automatically extract and add your courses. You can also add custom courses manually from the Courses tab.

Bus arrival data comes from LTA Singapore's real-time feed. If data seems incorrect, it may be a temporary issue with LTA's system. Try refreshing the app or checking again in a few minutes.

Tap the trash icon in the top-right corner of the Chat tab. All chat data is stored locally on your device only.

Yes. Your saved courses and custom courses sync via iCloud across all your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

Some features require an internet connection (bus arrivals, course data). However, your saved courses, timetable, weekly calendar, and cached data will still be available offline.

No. OneStop does not collect or share any personal data. All AI conversations are processed on-device using Apple Intelligence. See our Privacy Policy for details.
